Shipping Policy

 

At Nadia’s Elegance, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience, including reliable and timely shipping. Please review our shipping policies below to learn more about our delivery options, processing times, and other important information.

1. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 3:00 PM (EST) or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
  • Delays: While we strive to meet our processing timeline, occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances. If we expect a significant delay in your order’s shipment, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Options and Costs

We offer the following shipping options to accommodate your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 7-10 business days - Free on all orders
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days – $6.99 on orders
  • Next-Day Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days – $9.99 (for orders placed before 12:00 PM EST)

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. International Shipping

Nadia’s Elegance ships worldwide! International shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the destination country. Please note that:

  • International Delivery Time: Typically between 7-21 business days depending on the destination.
  • Customs Fees and Duties: International customers may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees, which are not included in our shipping charges. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can check the status of your delivery at any time. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Nadia’s Elegance is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at nadiaselegance@gmail.com with photos of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

If your package is lost or marked as delivered but you have not received it, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly for assistance. If you still need help, feel free to contact our support team, and we will do our best to assist in tracking down your order.

7. Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet all delivery timelines, Nadia’s Elegance is not responsible for shipping delays caused by external factors, including but not limited to inclement weather, natural disasters, strikes, or customs processing delays for international orders.
