At Nadia’s Elegance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to offer returns or exchanges on eligible items. Please review our return policy below to ensure a smooth return process.

Eligibility for Returns

• Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Non-Returnable Items:
  • Sale items, gift cards, and final sale merchandise are not eligible for return.
  • Personalized or custom-made items are also non-returnable.

Return Process

1. Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our Customer Service team at returns at nadiaselegance@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for shipping the item(s) back to us.
3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item was incorrect or damaged upon receipt.

Refunds

• Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved returns will be processed within 5-7 business days, and refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. We recommend contacting our team to ensure the item you want is available.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at nadiaselegance@gmail.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
